Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Innerwear and undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for size-related issues. You can request an exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your account and go to My Orders.

  2. Select the order and click on Request Return.

  3. Choose the reason for return and submit your request.

  4. Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when initiating the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Items purchased during clearance sales

  • Products that show signs of use, washing, or alteration

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer an easy cancellation process.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our return policy.

How to Cancel an Order

  • Log into your account and go to My Orders.

  • Select the order you wish to cancel.

  • Click on Cancel Order and confirm your request.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation is successful, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is applicable if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

Important Notes

  • Orders that are already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • During high-demand periods or sales, cancellation windows may be shorter.
